Michelle Osborne
Michelle started her career in not-for-profit programing and management almost 20 years ago and found her passion in community-based organizations that strive to create positive social impact within their community. Progressively senior roles in not-for-profits (NFP) organizations have given Michelle expertise and experience in program development, operational reviews, governance, organizational and tourism-based marketing, and has helped her to guide organizations through times of growth and challenges and come out stronger on the other side.
Michelle’s education includes certificates and courses in business administration, environmental studies, community based social marketing, accounting, gender-based analysis, municipal law, and human resources. Michelle is a certified accounting technician, a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and has served various roles on community volunteer boards, currently serving as a director on the Connect Youth Inc. board, a local non-profit serving at-risk youth.
